RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Help grow the agency with new customer and meeting goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Service the current book of business as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (Required/can obtain after job offer)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
